Churches and community projects rely heavily on volunteers
Are we really looking after and listening to them? Do we make the most of their potential?
This regularly-hosted interactive and fun training day equips those involved in churches and Christian community projects who manage volunteers. It is practical and realistic so that you can implement what you learn straightaway. Our aim is that you leave equipped and encouraged to make the most of your volunteers.

I valued it all - great balance of listening, sharing, interaction, rest, fun. Good time spent on each section too.
The content and pace and mix of learning styles was really well thought through and it is very clear that you all have a passion for the subject you are teaching which makes a huge difference.
The day exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the practical and clear information which has enabled me to identify some of my weaknesses. I will go home and establish clearer guidelines for our volunteers.
This day focuses on:
- Understanding motivations: why do people volunteer for Christian projects?
