Just People? Youth and student versions

The Just People? versions for youth groups and students help make sense of faith and lifestyle in response to local and global poverty.

Six weeks for youth groups, four weeks for students, with full leaders’ guides and DVD.
Join the dots between discipleship and mission; devotion and action.

Just People? for youth groups is a six-week journey that will take your youth group towards a clearer understanding of what Christians could be, and are, doing about poverty and injustice.

We’ll talk about the Bible; we’ll talk about you; we’ll talk about your local churches and global neighbours, local communities and global changes. We’ll wonder what on earth you can do about it all; and we’ll find the potential for radical change in your hands.

The layout of the course is pretty easy to understand. Six sessions which we suggest you run over a six-week period. Each session explores a different aspect of justice, incorporating stories about people in poverty, facts and stats, exploration of the Bible, suggested action points and creative ways to respond.

Just People? for students is also included in the same pack and explores similar themes, though over four weeks rather than six.

Are we just people? Simply here to wander our way through the world with no real purpose? Or does God call us to be more? What would a world full of just people look like? This four week course explores the place of justice in the lives of those who follow Jesus.
It will help you probe the Bible, pose questions about your local community, mull over a few international issues and wonder what on earth people like you and me can do about poverty and injustice. When it’s all over there are no certificates, no weekends away, no money-back-guarantees-if-not-entirely-satisfied.

All we can promise is that you’ll have asked some questions of your faith, put practical ideas to the real-life test and – we hope – discovered some answers.
